Hack Food Waste

Op 17 en 18 oktober was ik dagvoorzitter bij Hack Food Waste, onze Polderhack hackathon over voedselverspilling tijdens de Dutch Design Week. Wow, wat een gave energie in deze groep! Ik deel graag een paar van mijn ervaringen hier. 80 polderhackers ontwierpen en bouwden prototypes om hier iets aan te doen. 30-40% van ons voedsel verloren gaat
